TIVOLI LODGE
Owing to considerable space restrictions relating to the required distance from the forest, and property-boundary specifications, the positioning of the building on the plot proved to be a special challenge. Some of the many unique features of this house include the deluxe-quality interior design with cassette panels in various types of wood, natural stone surfaces in marble, travertine and Vals stone. Our professional approach to the detailed design and execution planning as well as well-harmonised construction management and scheduling enabled us to complete the work in the specified building period of only 7.5 months – from the beginning of May 2007 to December 2007.
